Gaoyi Miao is an Analyst at CPI, based in London. She is working under the Tracking workstream, with a primary focus on the Global Landscape of Climate Finance, International Development Finance Club (IDFC) Green Finance Mapping, and Capacity projects.
Prior to CPI, Gaoyi garnered invaluable experience interning at the , , , and , gaining expertise in climate policy, international climate negotiation, carbon markets, and development finance. As a graduate consultant with the , she was instrumental in advancing sex-disaggregated data collection in finance sectors within Jordan and Vietnam.
She holds a BA in Political Science from the and an MA in International Relations and International Economics from the at Johns Hopkins University.
